A tradition of nontraditional women.

Tradition can be a trap — or a diving board. While we could have chosen to highlight Scripps College’s beautiful campus or its long history of academic achievement, we saw instead an opportunity to connect the school’s values with today’s progressive young women. With its feminist foundation as our baseline, we crafted a campaign that highlights the benefits of attending Scripps, focusing on its potential to develop a young woman’s passion and power without lapsing into clichés. 'Live Courageously' shows how Scripps’s long tradition of non-traditional women is evolving to make room for the next generation of leaders.
